Children, Youth and Families are Invited
Have a friendly competition with another family- challenge your friends and neighbors to form a family team. Boost your children’s skill in problem solving, cooperating in a team and language skills as you practice together for the big day. Great prizes, great fun, but most of all, quality family togetherness.
New Registration Fees – Great deals that support literacy in our community.
Children 8-12 – $6.00 per individual player or $18 for a team of 4 (1 player is free)
Youth 13-17 – $8.00 per individual player or $24 for a team of 4 (1 player is free)
Adult (Social or Competitive) – $15 per individual player or $50.00 for a team of 4
Family Rate – $20.00 for 4 members (Best value and great family fun)
Prizes and ribbons for highest scoring individual in each category and team prize for highest scoring team overall.

Collect Pledges & Get Great Prizes!
Players are asked to solicit pledges (similar to a walk-a-thon) to sponsor their participation in the tournament. Top pledge-raiser receives special surprise package! All pledge money must be brought to the event on October 25th. Donor receipts will be available at the tournament. More prize information coming soon!!!
Eligibility: All levels of players are welcome! Teams may register as Competitive, Social, Youth, Child, or Family. We will attempt to match serious Scrabble players with more competitive teams, however, we cannot guarantee the level of everyone who registers.
Teams: Teams will consist of up to 4 people playing from a single letter tray, against another 4-member team playing from another single letter tray. Teams with less than 4 members may be matched with others to form a full team.
Game Play: All participants must follow official Scrabble rules. Tournament play will consist of three, 30-minute games. Each team will have 3 minutes per turn.
